1What is a fit session?
A fit session at MyVeloFit mirrors the workflow of your in-person bike fit session, providing fitters with the ability to analyze, refine, and optimize a rider’s position on a single bike based on their goals and needs. Each fit session allows you to:
  1. Work on One Bike – Tailor your analysis and adjustments to a single bike, ensuring the client’s goals for that bike are met.
  2. Support Specific Fit Goals – Whether your client is seeking comfort, performance, or a blend of both, the session provides targeted recommendations to align with their objectives.
  3. Facilitate Iterative Adjustments – Upload unlimited videos per session to analyze and refine the client’s position over several rounds of adjustments, just like you would during an in-person session.
For fitters, a fit session serves as a "container" for a specific client’s fitting process on one bike. It allows you to document and manage multiple rounds of analysis, provide actionable recommendations, and track progress seamlessly. If your client has multiple bikes to fit, you should set up additional sessions for each one.

2Can I change my plan if my needs change?
Yes! You can adjust your subscription level at any time to match the number of client sessions you need. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you are unable to find a trainer, some riders have had success leaning with their shoulder up against a wall and pedalling backwards. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee results when used in this manner or their reliability.
3Will the bike fit recommendations be tailored for different bike types? (e.g., road, MTB, triathlon)
Absolutely! We currently offer six bike types you can select from:
  • Road
  • Gravel/ CX
  • MTB
  • Triathlon
  • Time Trial
  • Spin/ Exercise
Each bike type will contribute to a unique set of fit recommendations based on the overall position and needs of that discipline.
4How long does it take to receive video results?
Once you’ve uploaded the riding video, it takes approximately 90 seconds for the results to be generated. This time can vary a little depending on your internet speed and how many riders are completing a fit.
5What is included in the bike fit report?
There is quite a bit of information included in each fit report, so outlining here in the FAQ might take a while. To keep things simple, you can find a sample fit report here, or read our blog post that breaks it down further.
6What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. You'll retain access to all features for the remainder of your subscription period. All your fit data will remain in your account even if you don't have an active subscription.
7Are there limits on video uploads?
No, there are no limits. You can upload as many videos as needed for each client.
8Is the mobility assessment included for all clients?
Yes, every client session includes a comprehensive mobility assessment to ensure accurate fit recommendations.
9How is client data kept secure?
We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage to protect all client data, including video uploads.
